We are excited to confirm that Wernick Power Solutions Ltd has acquired Anderson Engineering (Generator Specialists) Ltd, a highly successful Generator Hire and Sales business based on the West Coast of Scotland.

This all share deal, brokered by The Hire Exchange, brings together two very successful and strong family businesses.  Together they will continue to contest the fast-growing Scottish Aquaculture sector and other sectors too, now under the Wernick umbrella and from Wernick’s Glasgow base.
