We are delighted to announce another successful deal with the acquisition of JPS Platforms Ltd and JPS Group Ltd by UK Hire Group.

JPS Platforms has grown significantly over the years and has a highly motivated and talented team of people and one of the youngest hire fleets in the UK and is an important strategic acquisition for the UK Hire Group as it enters the powered access market.

This all share purchase comes on the back of completed deals for Ermin Plant Hire, Liftright Access, Teesdale Event and Site Services and most recently, Arvill Plant Hire, a Scottish family owned business, acquired by The FTH Group.
