The Hire Exchange Ltd are delighted to announce the acquisition of Arvill Plant and Tool Hire by the FTH Group.

Arvill Ltd, are one of Scotland’s leading and most established family run plant and tool Hire businesses.

This all share deal, brokered by The Hire Exchange allows Arvill owner Arthur Shevill to retire, leaving his two highly capable daughters, Amy and Hayley in key operational roles, under the watchful eyes of FTH Group’s Marsh brothers, whose ambition for growth are plain to see.
