The Hire Exchange are delighted to announce the acquisition of Ermin Plant (Hire and Services) Ltd by Smiths (Gloucester) Ltd, a well-established, construction, demolition, transport and waste management firm.

 Ermin is a family-run Plant and Equipment hire business which has been operating since 1966.  The all share purchase, brokered by The Hire Exchange, includes all six of Ermin’s depots in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester, Ross-on-Wye, Cirencester and Stroud.
